摘要
为了研究胶带式无级变速传动系统的性能,需要分别确定发动机转速和负载转矩对橡胶V带式无级变速器的影响。文中分别建立了主、从动轮轴向压力的加压模型,由加压模型可知,回位弹簧对主动轮轴向压力的影响比较显著,负载转矩对从动轮轴向压力的影响显著;采用正交试验设计的方法对从动轮加压模型的影响参数进行研究后得出:扭力凸轮的螺旋角和扭力凸轮滑槽到回转中心的直径是影响从动轮轴向压力的主要因素。
The effect that the engine velocity and load torque have on the rubber V-Belt CVT needs to be confirmed in order to study the properties of transmission system of V-belt CVT.The pressurized model of the driving wheel's and driven wheel's axial pressure is established in this paper.Based on the pressurized model,the resetting spring is the most significant parameter for the driving wheel's axial pressure while the load torque affects the driven wheel's axial pressure most visibly.The conclusion that the helix angle of the torsion cam and the diameter that the sliding way of torsion cam to the rotation center are the key factors that affect the axial pressure of the driven wheel can be drawn based on the research of the parameters of the driven wheel's pressurized model by using the method of orthogonal experimental design.
