摘要
介绍了企业法律风险的概念和特征,以及转制科研院所面临的主要法律风险。结合长沙矿冶研究院法律风险防范工作的实践,对转制科研院所法律风险防范的现状和存在的问题进行了剖析,提出了有效应法律风险的方法与措施。
Concept and features of legal risk,the main legal risk of reformed academy are described in this paper.Combined with practice of legal risk compliance work in Changsha research institute of mining and metallurgy,the status and existing problems of legal risk compliance in reformed academy are analyzed,then the prevention measures corresponding are put forward.
