微波消解——原子荧光法测定牛乳中砷质量分数含量的不确定度评估

摘要 建立了原子荧光光度计法测定牛乳中砷含量的不确定度评定方法。采用微波消解法处理样品,用氢化物发生-原子荧光光度法进行测定,并建立模型,根据JJF1059-1999《测量不确定度评定与表示》中对测量和评定不确定度的要求评估了其不确定度。结果表明:牛乳中总砷质量分数为0.0695 mg/kg,在95%的置信概率下其扩展不确定度为0.0065 mg/kg(k=2)。因此,用此方法测得的牛乳中砷的质量分数准确、可靠。 A assess method of measuring uncertainty in arsenic content for cow milk by atomic fluorescence spectrometry was established. The samples were processed by microwave digestion and measured by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometr. A mathematical model was established which evaluated uncertainty according to the requirements in "Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement".The results show that arsenic content in cow milk was 0.0695 mg/kg.Under the confidence probability of 95%,the expanded uncertainty was 0.0065 mg/kg. This method is accurate and reliable in measurement of arsenic content in raw milk.
