摘要
本文采用一种操作简单、适合规模化且低成本的方法制备氮化铝粉末,研究了氮化烧成温度,铵盐的种类与用量对产物物相组成的影响。用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、场发射扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线能量散射能谱仪(XEDS)对制备的样品进行了分析表征。结果表明:氯化铵、氟化铵可较好改善铝粉氮化质量,避免铝粉熔融结块,并得到纳米尺寸的AlN颗粒;水汽的存在对氮化反应有严重的负面影响,须要避免。
Aluminium nitride(AlN) powder was synthesized by direct nitridation of Al powder,which was a simple-operational,large-scale and low-cost method.The effects of the temperature and holding time of nitriding reaction and the kind and percentage of ammonium salt additives on the phases were investigated.The synthesized powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),field emission scanning electron microscope(FESEM) and X-ray energy dispersive spectrometer(XEDS).The results showed that ammonium chloride and ammonium fluoride could improve the nitridation quality and prevent the reactant Al particles from melting and coalescence,and nanosized AlN particles would be obtained.The presence of water vapor would have a great negative influence on nitridation,so it should be avoided.
