摘要
本文综述并讨论了利用粉煤灰传统水热反应和碱熔-水热反应合成沸石过程中的各种影响因素。传统水热法包括原料的组成(Si/Al比)、碱液的种类及浓度、液固比、反应时间及温度等,碱熔-水热合成法除了传统法所涉及的因素外,还与活化剂的种类、碱灰比等有关,最后对影响因素研究新进展进行阐述,为水热合成法的应用提供了参考。
The influencing factors on the synthesis of zeolite from fly ash were reviewed and analysed in this article,using two synthetic methods including classic hydrothermal synthesis method and alkali fusion-hydrothermal synthesis method.The influencing factors of classic hydrothermal synthesis method are the ratio of Si/Al,kinds and concentration of alkali liquor,ratio of liquid and solid,reaction time and temperation,while the influencing factors of alkali fusion-hydrothermal synthesis method are kinds of activating agent and ratio of alkali and ash etc.At last,the recent progress of influencing factors is introduced to provide theory evidence for the hydrothermal synthesis method.
