摘要
目的:为建立阿魏八味丸的质量标准控制方法提供依据.方法:采用TlC法定性鉴别阿魏八味丸中丁香、肉豆蔻、小茴香和木香;采用GC法,CBP1-M25-025毛细管柱,FID检测器,载气为高纯氮,分流比为20:1.柱温:初始温度130℃,每分钟5℃升至160℃,保持5min;每分钟5℃升至200℃,以内标法同时测定样品中茴香醛、丁香酚和木香烃内酯的含量.结果:3批本制剂中丁香、肉豆蔻、小茴香和木香TlC鉴别均呈阳性;茴香醛线性范围0.02~0.12mg/ml,r为0.9995,丁香酚线性范围0.20~2.40mg/ml,r为0.9997,木香烃内酯线性范围0.04~0.20mg/ml,r为0.9995;平均回收率茴香醛98.25%(RSD=0.90%),丁香酚97.76%(RSD=1.00%),木香烃内酯97.89%(RSD=1.02%).结论:所建立TlC和GC方法可靠、灵敏度高、准确,为有效控制阿魏八味丸的质量提供依据.
Objective:To establish the method for quality standard control of Awei-8 pills by gas chromatography(GC).Methods:Dingxiang,Roudoukou,Xiaohuixiang and Muxiang in Awei-8 pills were identified by TlC and the determination was carried out on a CBPI-M25-025 capillary column with FID.Nitrogen was used as the carrier gas.The split mode with a split ratio of 20:1 was used in the study.Upon the injection of the sample into the chromatograph,firstly,the oven temperature was 130℃,then increased to 160℃ at a rate of 5℃/min for 5 min,then to 200℃ at a rate of 5℃/min.Results: Dingxiang,Rou Doukou,Xiao Huixiang and Muxiang in Awei-8 pills were identified by TlC.The calibration curve was linear in the concentration ranges of 0.02~ 0.12mg/ml for geranial,0.20~2.40mg/ml for eugenol and 0.04~0.20mg/ml for costunolide,the correlation coefficient were 0.9995,0.9997 and 0.9995 respectively.The average recovery of geranial was 98.25%(RSD= 0.90%),of eugenol was 97.76%(RSD=1.00%)and of costunolide was 97.89%(RSD=1.02%).Conclusion: The method is simple,accurate,reproducible and can be used for quality standard of Awei-8 pills.
