摘要
文章认为,旅游业是西部各省区的支柱产业之一。旅游业对环境资源的依存程度很高,其快速发展导致的旅游资源开发与利用中的盲目性问题和保护缺失问题,使得许多旅游资源受到不同程度的破坏。文章以云南、陕西和广西三省区为例,对西部旅游业可持续发展中的法律问题进行研究,旨在探索一条西部旅游业可持续发展的法治之路。
Under the guidance of the great development strategy in West China, each province and city in western China attaches great importance to the development of tourism industry, and lists the tourism industry as the pillar industry. As the tourism industry deeply depends on the environment resource, the demand of people in tourism increases gradually, and the problem of the blinding development in tourism has not been solved, a lot of environment resource has been destroyed after a period of development which has caused great losses. So tourism industry is one of the most to be implemented the principles of the sustainable development. The article comprehensively studies on the legal problems about the sustainable development in tourism industry by taking Guangxi, Yunnan, Shanxi as examples. The purpose of the article is to explore the legal way to coordinate the economic benefits, environment benefits and social benefits which makes sustainable development in tourism industry in western China.
