摘要
工程建筑行业在我国经济发展中起着不容忽视的重要作用,物流作为我国第三利润源泉,在工程项目中也有着重要的经济影响。文章介绍了工程项目物流的概念及特点,并探讨了工程建筑企业与第三方物流公司的具体合作模式及其效益分析。
Construction industry plays an important role in China＇s economic development which cannot be ignored. Logistics which is seen as China＇s third profit source also has an important impact in projects. This paper introduces the concept and characteristic of project logistics and finds out the strategies and mechanism to make the project work successfully.
