摘要 新型韶山系列电力机车整流器随着使用时间的延续,反映出寿命短故障多,在科研与生产厂家派员对应用机车的元器件全部更换后,问题还是不断发生。经过对应用中的检查、检测、试验以及对应整流原理分析,其结论是:在新的设计思想上认识不足,造成设计结构逻辑关系错误,引起整流各元器件在实际工作中承担的分配电流严重不均,所以元件寿命短且不一致。更为严重的是造成牵引电源畸形、动力内耗无形激增、不适于机车牵引力与速度转换的客观与理想需要等系列问题。在探讨中提出了电力机车"脉流恒功率牵引"理论及模式,以优化机车"牵引速率自然调节"",牵引能耗"",牵引可靠性"等重要问题。这一理论模式能以原有的功率、使机车速度与牵引力都有很大幅度的提高,也为动力理论的深化研究与广范应用提出了新的思维。 Along with the use of New Shaoshan series of electric locomotive rectifier, short service time and multiple faults. After the replacement, the problems still exist. Through testing, detection, experiment and theoretical analysis of rectification, we comes to the conclusion: because of understanding insufficiency, logistical error of design structure causes current distribution of the each component of rectifier is uneven seriously in practical work, so the rectifier has a short service life, more seriously, traction power supply is caused deformity, power internal friction increase, can not meet the demand of the conversion of traction and speed of locomotive. The article puts forward the theory and model of "pulsating current traction with constant power" for optimizing the " natural regulation of traetion rate" of the locomotive, "drawing energy consumption", "traction reliability" and other important questions. This theory improves the speed and traction of the locomotive and puts forward new idea for the deepening research and wide use of power theory.
