摘要
通过对科协系统科技咨询业历史沿革以及山东省科技咨询业现状的分析，揭示了科技咨询服务中存在的几个问题，继而提出了从加强人才队伍建设、积极争取政府职能、主动承接决策咨询服务、改变传统理念等方面促进科技咨询服务发展的对策建议。
Based on the science and technology consulting industry history and the Shandong provincial science and technology consulting industry present situation analysis, this paper reveals the science and technology consulting service problems, then put forward countermeasures from strengthening the construction of talent team, striving for the government function, taking the initiative to undertake decision-making consulting services and changing the traditional concept so as to promote the development of the science and technology consulting service industry.
