经皮主动脉瓣置换术治疗主动脉瓣狭窄高危患者三例的护理 被引量:9

摘要 主动脉瓣狭窄常见于有多种合并症的老年人群,现已发展成为继冠心病和高血压病之后第3位常见的心血管疾病。外科瓣膜置换手术由于其良好的预后和较低的死亡率一直是主动脉瓣狭窄患者的首选治疗方法。但对于高龄、多重合并症及高手术风险的患者则不适宜外科手术治疗。我院血管外科于2011年5月在国内率先对3例主动脉瓣狭窄的高危患者运用SAPIEN—Edward支架型生物瓣系统实施了经皮主动脉瓣膜置换(percutaneousaorticvalvereplacement,PAVR)腔内治疗,取得了较好的效果,现将护理内容报告如下。
