摘要
运用硅胶柱层析和HPLC等色谱方法对黑龙江省牡丹江产兴安蒲公英根部的化学成分进行研究,分离得到了8个单体化合物。通过NMR等波谱技术进行结构鉴定,确定这些化合物的结构分别为对羟基苯乙酸甲酯(1),原儿茶醛(2),丁二酸单乙酯(3),蒲公英内酯(4),α-棕榈酸单甘油酯(5),单亚油酸甘油酯(6),β-谷甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(7),正丁基-β-D葡萄糖苷(8)。其中1~3,5-6,8为首次从该植物中分离得到。
To study the chemical constituents from the roots of T.falcilobum by column chromatography and HPLC. eight compounds were isolated and their structures were elucidated by means of spectral analyses as p--hydroxyphenylacetic acid methyl ester (1), 3,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde (2), monoethyl succinate (3), 4α, 1 lfl-tetrahydroridentin B (4), 1-monopalmitin (5), 1-monolinolein (6), β-sitosterol-3-O-β-D-glueopyranoside (7), n-butyl-β-D-glucopyranoside (8). The compounds 1-3, 5-6, and 8 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
