非小细胞肺癌的微创手术治疗 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨电视胸腔镜辅助小切口(VAMT)治疗非小细胞肺癌(NSCIC)的手术方法,适应征及临床效果。方法分析我科2006年7月～2010年12月48例VATS辅助小切口肺叶切除+系统淋巴结清扫治疗肺癌的病人的资料。结果 43例小切口范围内完成手术,3例因严重粘连,2例肺门解剖困难而扩大切口后完成手术。术后并发症2例,1例胸腔积液,经抽液后治愈,1例出血,经保守治疗后治愈。结论 VATS辅助小切口治疗NSCIC创伤小,并发症少,恢复快,安全可靠,疗效确切,值得临床推广的一种微创技术,但要求术者具备传统开胸及胸腔镜微创手术技术。
