醋酸甲酯羰基合成醋酐过程中产生焦油的原因浅析 被引量:3

摘要 醋酸甲酯羰基合成醋酐是当今世界上生产醋酐的最先进技术。我国自2003年起先后建设了八套羰基合成醋酐装置,但是系统产生焦油量较大。反应系统焦油是原料中杂质和配比不当,副反应多所致;分离系统焦油是温度高,缺少必要保护措施,醋酸、醋酐分解,引起副反应所致。 Methyl acetate carbonylation synthesis oi acetic anhydride is one ol the most advanced tecnnology proOucuon of acetic anhydride in the world. At the beginning of this century, our country grasp the technology through independent research and development. It has launched eight sets of the carbonylation synthesis of acetic anhydride device since 2003 in China, but there is a common problem, is the system to generate large amount of tar. Tar of reaction system is caused by impurities in raw material and mixture is improper, side reactions; separation system tar is high temperature, lack of the necessary protection measures, acetic acid, acetic anhydride decomposition and cause side reaction.
