摘要
用熔融共混法制备了陶瓷颗粒增强无规共聚聚丙烯复合材料,测试了复合材料的摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:在干摩擦条件下,陶瓷颗粒/聚丙烯复合材料的磨损量明显降低,继续增加填充量,磨损量变化较小并略有增大,当陶瓷颗粒含量为15%时,磨损量达到最小。复合材料的摩擦因数随着陶瓷颗粒含量的增加而增大。
Ceramic particles strengthened polypropylene random copolymer(PPR) composites were prepared through the melting and mixing method.The friction and wear properties of the composites were tested.The results indicated that the introduction of ceramic particles in small amount could significantly reduce wear resistanced and then increase slightly with increasing content for dry sliding,a minimum wear resistance was obtained at a ceramic particles content of 15%.The friction coefficient of the composite increased with the increase of ceramic particles.
