摘要
以自制两性表面活性剂为主体的HLODA-4型驱油剂为研究对象,测试了驱油剂在无碱的条件下对克拉玛依油田原油的油—水界面张力,并考察了其与聚合物复配性能、抗色谱分离性能、抗盐性、抗硬水性和稳定性等方面的性能特征,结果表明HLODA-4型驱油剂质量分数在0.05%~0.2%无碱体系下,油—水界面张力均能达到10^(-3)mN/m数量级,并且具有较好的复配性、抗色谱分离性能、抗盐性及稳定性。
HLODA-4 oil displancement agent is using self-made amphoteric surfactant as subject,using it as research object,the oil-water interfacial tension to crude oil from Karamay Oilfield of oil displacement agent under non-alkaline condition are tested,its performance with polymer complex distribution, antichromatograghic separation performance,salt resistance,hard water resistance,long-term stability et al are investigated,the sesult shows,the additive solution of differeit concentrations(0.05%-0.20%) could reduce the oil-water IFT even to ultra low level,which is 10^(-3)m/N?m^(-1) order of magnitude under non-alkaline condition.And so on,the additives has good compound property,antichromatvgraghic separation performance,salt resistance and long-term stabhility.
