铅黄铜C3771截止阀成形工艺优化研究

摘要 模拟铅黄铜C3771锻压和挤压工艺截止阀成形过程,得到锻压和挤压的工艺参数对铅黄铜C3771变形区的应变分布、等效应力分布和冲压载荷的影响规律。结果显示,从载荷分布分析,挤压工艺所用设备较锻压工艺设备的寿命长;.从等效应变来看,挤压模存在应力集中现象;锻压工艺成形时全局流体速率矢量分布较为均为,而挤压工艺成形时的全局流体速率分布不均匀,法兰部位和气门嘴部位的全局流体速率要大于其余部位,气门嘴部位型腔不易充填。 The formation processes for 03771 Pb-brass stop valve by extrusion and forging were simulated using finite element method, and the influences of process parameters of forging or extrusion on the strain and equivalent stress distribution and the load at deformation zone were studied. Simulation results show that, from load distribution analysis, extrusion equipment has a longer service life than that of forging; from equivalent strain analysis, a stress concentration exists in the extrusion die; the fluid velocity vector distribution in mold is more uniform in forging process than that in extrusion process. In extrusion process the local metal fluid rate at flange and mouth parts of valve is faster than that of rest parts, so that the filling process at mouth part is not easy to complete.
