摘要
通过对321奥氏体不锈钢进行固溶处理和稳定化处理,研究了不同处理方法对其性能的影响。结果表明,经过固溶处理后321不锈钢的耐腐蚀性能提高;再经过稳定化处理后耐腐蚀性能更高,且晶粒细小;经过固溶处理、稳定化处理后奥氏体不锈钢的力学性能没有明显变化。
Taking austenite stainless steel 321 as test material, the influences of solid solution treatment and stabilization processing on its performance were studied. The test results indicated that through solid solution treatment, the anti-corrosive performance of stainless steel 321 enhances, and followed by stabilization age processing, the material possesses tiny crystal structure and the anti-corrosive performance further improves. But it is also indicated that, after solid solution treatment and stabilizing processing, the mechanical properties of austenite stainless steel do not had obvious change.
