摘要
目前我国研究所科研项目管理中存在这样那样的问题，影响了科技事业的健康发展。因此，我们必须根据实际情况，建议完善科研项目管理办法，健全项目立项和验收措施，提高认识，提高科研预算的准确性和使用的合理性，更好地促进科研发展。
At preseat, there are many problems in research institute＇s project management in our country and these problems hinder the proper development of science and technology cause. Therefore, it is advised to perfect the research project management laws and regulations according to the context of actual situation, to strengthen the project approval and acceptance measures and to raise awareness and to enhance the accuracy of research budget and sensibility of allocation. In such way, the scientific research development will be improved.
