回顾了2000～2010年间橡机行业建立了哪些基础条件。说明"十二五"发展规划的指导思想、基本原则和发展目标。并提出橡机行业针对这些目标应着重完成哪些工作以及应采取的措施。预测要完成"十二五"规划,还有很多问题要解决,号召行业全员积极努力奋进。
This paper reviewed the basic condition of rubber machine industry from 2000～2010.Illustrated the guiding ideology 、basic principles and development goals of development planning of ＂ the 12th five-year planning ＂.Responsed to these objectives,it proposed a lot of important work to be completed and measures to be taken for rubber machinery industry.Forecasting to complete the ＂the 12th five-year planning＂,there are many problems to be solved,Urging the industry should be making full active efforts.
