甲钴胺联合α硫辛酸治疗高龄糖尿病周围神经病变疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察甲钴胺联合α硫辛酸治疗高龄糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果。方法在有效控制血糖及进行饮食、运动疗法等基础上,将80例高龄糖尿病周围神经病变病人分为对照组40例:应用维生素B6、维生素B12治疗;观察组40例:应用甲钴胺联合α硫辛酸治疗。30d后对比2组疗效。结果观察组:症状及体征明显改善32例,无效8例,总有效率80.0%。对照组:症状及体征明显改善24例,无效16例,总有效率60.0%。观察组有效率明显高于对照组。结论在有效控制血糖及进行饮食、运动疗法等基础上,应用甲钴胺联合α硫辛酸治疗高龄糖尿病周围神经病变,可明显改善症状。
