摘要
对渝东北地区高职护理实训基地在满足校内护理及相关专业实训需要的同时,如何最大化地体现社会服务功能,实现资源共享等问题进行了探索。在分析实训基地建设现状的基础上,对共享的主体、共享机制组织管理与协调、实施共享的效果及存在的问题等进行了剖析,并提出了合理化建议,以期形成长效机制,充分发挥实训基地的引领示范和辐射作用。
The nursing training centre, which is based in Northeast Chongqing, serves for the students not only from nursing schools but also from different training courses such as nurse assistants, carers for the elderly and other continuous training purposes. The idea of sharing resources has brought a great opportunity for the organizations in this area to cooperate with each other, and plans have been made for further contribution to the local economics in a long run.
