摘要
从社会文化学角度分析新农村体育文化建设的实质,并在此基础上论述河南省新农村体育文化发展的环境和支持条件。
Using expert interview,Literature material method and questionnaire,the article studied the new countryside sports culture construction conditions and dynamic support in Henan province.
