摘要
目的探讨重型颅脑损伤的治疗方法及其预后。方法回顾性分析120例重型颅脑损伤(GCS<8分)患者的临床资料,其中手术治疗106例,保守治疗14例。结果 120例重型颅脑损伤患者治疗后按格拉期哥预后评分,良好24例(20.0%),中残17例(14.2%),重残39例(32.5%),植物生存2例(1.7%),病死38例(31.7%)。结论加强对重型颅脑损伤的规范化治疗能改善预后,降低病死率。
ObjectiveTo investigate the effect and outcome of surgical treatment for severe traumatic brain injury.MethodsData of 120 patients with severe traumatic brain injury（GCS8）,including surgical treatment in 106 cases and conservative treatment in 14 cases,were analyzed retrospectively.ResultsAmong the 120 patients,24（20.0%） had good outcome,17（14.2%） had moderate disability,39 had severe disability（32.5%）,2（1.7%） survived in a vegetable state,and 38（31.7%） died.ConclusionThe reinforcement of standard treatment of severe traumatic brain injury can improve the prognosis and reduce the mortality.
