摘要
打浆过程中添加打浆酶,有利于S1(次生壁外层)的剥离,加速细胞壁破坏和纤维分丝帚化,使浆料处理效果得到较大提升,打浆的能耗也得到明显下降。在双胶纸生产线打浆过程中添加适量的打浆酶,有利于提高成纸的物理强度,从而为提高成纸灰分、降低打浆能耗创造了有利条件。
The beating enzyme was added during beating, it is helpful to peel S1, destroy the cell wall and promote fiber fibrillation, it can increase the effect of beating and decrease the energy consumption obviously. The physical strength of offset paper and ash content increase and the energy can be saved when adding the beating enzyme.
