摘要
利用拉伸、压缩试验对铸态AZ91D镁合金的应力应变曲线进行了研究。试验结果表明,铸态镁合金在高温下表现出较低的流变应力,能够实现塑性加工成形。在优化塑性成形工艺方案基础上,利用超塑胀形与压弯工艺进行了镁合金摩托车手把管塑性加工试验,并成功试制出了合格产品。
The paper researched the stress-strain curves for cast AZ91D magnesium alloy by using tensile and compression tests.The test results showed that the flow stress of cast AZ91D was low,and superplastic deformation could be used to manufacture magnesium alloy parts.Based on superplastic forming and blending technology,motorcycle handlebar tube with variable cross-section was manufactured successfully.
