摘要
以工业规模热解装置得到的热解炭黑为原料,采用物理活化法制备得到废轮胎活性炭(APTC),研究了APTC对水溶液中低浓度苯酚的吸附热力学性质,并考察了溶液初始pH值对吸附过程的影响.采用常用的吸附等温线方程对不同吸附温度下的平衡数据进行拟合,并对吸附常数和热力学函数进行了估算.研究结果表明:Freundlich和Langmuir方程均能较好地描述APTC对苯酚的吸附;相关热力学参数表明该吸附过程是自发的放热反应,属于物理吸附.
Activated pyrolytic tire char(APTC) was prepared from industrial pyrolytic tire char by steam activation. The thermodynamic studies of low concentration phenol adsorption from aqueous solution by APTC were performed. And influence of the initial solution pH was also investigated. The results showed that the adsorption equilibrium of phenol onto APTC can be described in terms of the Freundlich and Langmuir isotherm. Thermodynamic study confirmed that the adsorption is a physisorption process with spontaneous, exothermic characteristics.
