脑卒中后抑郁患者的脑电图特点分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨卒中后抑郁(PSD)患者的脑电图特点及意义。方法对162例脑卒中患者行汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分及脑电图(EEG)检查,根据检查结果把病人分为卒中后抑郁组(A组)、卒中后非抑郁组(B组)。A组根据抑郁程度分为轻、中、重抑郁组,分别比较其脑电图异常表现特征。结果 A组脑电图异常率(90.77%)较B组(77.32%)高,差异有统计学意义。轻、中、重抑郁组脑电图异常表现差异无统计学意义。结论 EEG可作为PSD的诊断之一。 Objective To explore the features and significances of electroencephalogram(EEG) of patients with post-stroke depression.Methods 162 patients with stroke were divided into two groups,PSD(group A) and non-PSD group(group B),according to the result of Hamilton Depression scale(HAMD) and EEG examination.Based on depression degree,the patients of group A were divided into there groups,mild depression,moderate depression,severe depression group,then the features of EEG were compared between the above groups respectively.Results Compared with group B(77.32%),the abnormal rate of EEG in group A(90.77%) was higher.The EEG′s features of mild,moderate,severe depression groups have no significant difference.Conclusion EEG is one of diagnosis method and maybe valuable indexes to evaluate the severity of PSD.
