摘要
目的:探讨蓝光治疗新生儿黄疸的临床效果。方法:治疗新生儿黄疸患者36例,随机分成对照组和观察组各18例,对照组采用传统的药物治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用蓝光治疗,照8小时,停16小时,间断光疗,定期翻身。结果:观察组治愈12例,治愈率66.7%,好转5例,好转率27.8%,未愈1例,未愈率5.6%,总有效率94.4%;对照组18例,治愈4例,治愈率22.2%,好转7例,好转率38.9%,未愈7例,未愈率38.9%,总有效率61.1%。两组患者经过治疗后,血清TBIL、DBIL、IBIL均有不同程度的下降,治疗前后比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:蓝光治疗新生儿黄疸疗效确切,经济方便。
Objective：To investigate the Blu-ray treatment of the clinical effects of neonatal jaundice.Methods：The hospital in February 2010-July 2011 to 36 cases of neonatal jaundice treated patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group of 18 patients,control group using traditional medical treatment,observation group were based on the plus Blu-ray treatment,according to 8h,stop 16h,intermittent phototherapy,regularly turn over.Results：12 cases were cured,the cure rate was 66.7%,improved in 5 patients,improvement rate was 27.8%,healed in 1 case,healed rate was 5.6%,the total effective rate was 94.4%;the control group,18 patients were cured 4 cases,the cure rate was 22.2%,improved in 7 patients,improvement rate was 38.9%,healed in 7 cases,38.9% healed rate,total effective rate was 61.1%.Two groups of patients after treatment,serum TBIL,DBIL,IBIL varying degrees of decline before and after treatment there was significant difference（P〈0.05）,between the two groups had significant differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Blu-ray treatment of neonatal jaundice is effective,economical,convenient,worthy of promotion.
