摘要
介绍了新型低温热水辐射供暖地面和墙面的构造并建立了实验系统。实验研究了地面供暖和墙面供暖的热工性能,地面辐射供暖分别采用了木地板面层和瓷砖面层,墙面辐射供暖分别采用了有孔蜂窝铝板面层和无孔蜂窝铝板面层。实验结果表明,对于墙面辐射供暖,有孔蜂窝铝板加热面的温度及热流密度大于无孔蜂窝铝板;对于地面辐射供暖,瓷砖面层的表面温度及热流密度大于木地板。地面辐射供暖的辐射传热比例大于57%,墙面辐射供暖的辐射传热比例大于65%。
Presents the new radiant heating floor and wall structure and establishes the experimental system. Researches thermal properties of floor radiant heating with wood floor and ceramic tile and wall radiant heating with perforated honeycomb aluminum plate and imperforated honeycomb aluminum plate by experiment. The results show that, for wall radiant heating, the temperature and the heat flux of perforated honeycomb aluminum plate are higher than those of imperforated honeycomb aluminum plate; for floor radiant heating, the temperature and the heat flux of ceramic tile are higher than those of wood floor. The radiant heating ratio is more than 57 percent for floor radiant heating, and 65 percent for wall radiant heating .
