附子石油醚、氯仿提取物对虚寒模型大鼠肝组织LDH、SDH活性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究附子石油醚提取物、附子氯仿提取物对虚寒模型大鼠肝组织乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)活性的影响。方法:用生石膏、龙胆草、黄柏、知母水煎液造虚寒型大鼠模型,再用附子石油醚提取物、附子氯仿提取物治疗,用分光光度计法测定肝组织中LDH、SDH的活力。结果:与空白对照组比较,虚寒模型组大鼠肝组织LDH活力明显升高(P<0.05),SDH活力明显降低(P<0.05);附子氯仿提取物可显著降低肝组织LDH活力(P<0.01),附子石油醚提取物、附子氯仿提取物可显著升高肝组织SDH活力(P<0.01)。结论:附子石油醚提取物、附子氯仿提取物可拮抗虚寒型大鼠肝组织LDH活力的升高、SDH活力的下降,从而改善大鼠的能量代谢。 Objective:To study effects of aconite petroleum ether extract,aconite chloroform extract on lactic dehy- drogenase(LDH) and succinate dehydrogenase(SDH) activities in liver of deficiency-cold rats. Methods:The models were made by decoction with gypsumgentian,cork and anemarrhena,be treated with aconite petroleum ether extract, aconite chloroform extract. The activeties of LDH and SDH in liver were determined by spectrophotometer. Results: Compared with the control group,LDH activity was significantly increased(P〈0.05),SDH activity was significantly decreased(P〈0.05) in model group. Aconite chloroform extract could significantly decrease LDH activity(P〈0.01),aconite petroleum ether and aconite chloroform extract could significantly increase SDH activity(P〈0.01). Conclusion: Aconite petroleum ether extract and aconite chloroform extract can improve the energy metabolism of deficiency-cold rats by decreasing LDH activity and increase SDH activity in liver.
