摘要
为了解高周振动应力对TC11钛合金疲劳性能的影响,进行了TC11的低周疲劳、高周疲劳、以及高低周复合疲劳试验.试验结果表明:高低周复合循环降低了TC11钛合金的抗疲劳性能;复合循环载荷中,高周平均应力水平σmajor和应力比Rminor对高低周复合寿命有较大的影响.采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)比较分析了不同类型载荷下的断口宏观和微观形貌特征,高低周复合疲劳断口与高周断口有较明显的区别,高低周复合载荷中的低周循环引起的较大滑移是引起疲劳寿命降低的主要原因.
In order to ascertain the effects of the combined cycle situation on the fatigue life, the high and low combined cycle fatigue tests, high cycle fatigue tests and low cycle fatigue tests on titanium alloy TCl1 were performed. The results indicate that the combined cycle loading degrades the fatigue resistance of TC11 related to low cycle or high cycle fatigue loading. The CCF life is highly effected by the mean stress σmajor and stress ratio Rminor of the minor stress cycles. Fractograph and macrograph of fracture aspects under different kinds of loadings were investigated using scanning electron microscope (SEM). The fractograph of CCF fracture surfaces obviously differs from that of high cycle fatigue fracture surfaces. The slippage due to low cycle is the main reason of reducing the CCF life.
