摘要
研究超声波耦合剂导入药物中草药的抗菌效果.导入药物为含当归、何首乌、忍冬藤、芦荟和薄荷醇的复方制剂.试验结果表明,复方中草药由于抗菌叠加效应,各种单味药相互之间存在互补性,抗菌效果明显提高.大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭率都大于99%,红色毛癣菌平均达到85.27%,而对白色念珠菌杀菌率只有62.11%,对黑曲霉菌的杀菌率低至1.09%.采用琼脂扩散法试验体外细胞毒性反应为1级,符合生物相容性国家技术要求.
The antimicrophyte effect of the compound plant medicine in uhrasonically-enhanced transdermal drug gel is studied. The transdermal drug contained the compound with Chinese Angelica, Fleeceflower Root, Lonicera japonica Thunb, Aloe and L-menthol. Compounding so many plant medicines resulted in a significantly increased antimicrophyte effect, which might be due to accumulative effect plus anahernation action. The experimental results show that the rate of sterilizing both Escherchia coli and Staphlococus aureus allare is more than 99 percent, and the rate of sterilizing Trichophyto rubrurn is 85.27 percent, 11 percent. The grade of outbody cytotoxieity test ranks the but the rate of sterilizing candida aibicans is only 62. first, and the test result is in accordance with the official specification of China.
