摘要
基于美国Altronic,inc公司GTI双燃料系统、通过对16V165TE3柴油机安装各种传感器的部位及电控系统进行适应性技术改造而研制的一种双燃料发动机,并根据使用环境条件对产品性能、可燃气使用整定范围、双模式工作运行的性能对比、替代率的最大整定范围、与上层电控系统的联合控制等展开试验性技术研究,同时对双燃料运行时的燃烧、爆压、爆震、排放等性能指标也进行了实机检测,结果表明当发动机进入双模式全负荷运行时,柴油消耗率从208g/kW.h降至72g/kW.h,最大替代率为65.4%;输出满载功率完全可以达到全柴油模式工作运行时的满载功率值、无影响;排烟指标从0.91SZ降至0.18SZ,排烟指标减少80%;从而改善了发动机的燃烧,提高了经济性和排放等性能指标。为国产高速大马力柴油发动机的双燃料混合燃烧与应用开拓了新的途径。
Based on GTI mixture combustion of U.S.Altronic,Inc Company,with installing various sensors and adaptive transformation of the electronic control system on 16V165TE3 diesel engine,we have developed a new dual-fuel engine.And in accordance with the practical environmental conditions,we have carried out experimental study on product performance,gas usage tuning range of replacement,the comparison performance under dual-mode operation,the maximum tuning range of replacement rate,joint control performance with the upper electronic control system etc.At the same time we have also been real machine test on burning,detonation pressure,detonation,emission and other performance.Based on the result,we can get the following conclusions: Under two-mode full-load condition,the diesel consumption rate is reduce from 208 g/kW·h to 72 g/kW·h,the maximum replacement rate is 65.4%;Full output power can achieve fully loaded power values under full diesel mode operation and without adverse effect.The range of smoke index is from 0.91SZ to 0.18SZ,reduces by 80%;thereby improving the engine's combustion,economy and emissions performance.In a word,this paper develops a new way to application for dual-fuel combustion of domestic high-speed and high-powered diesel engine.
