摘要 2008年一段炉改造后,增湿系统工艺冷凝液处理能力下降,带来了较大的负面影响。为解决此问题,必须寻找引起处理能力下降的内因和外因。采用反推法揭示下降的内部原因是增湿系统得到烟气的热量大幅度减少。利用对比实验,进行数据分析,找到外部原因:小尿素工艺冷凝液中尿素、氨等杂质含量超过现有水解、增湿及汽提系统的处理能力。对多种解决途径进行分析,选择采用流程优化法对策,提高了增湿系统处理能力。 In 2008, the handling ability to process condensate of humidification was decreased after modifying one -stage converter, which brought the big negative impacts. In order to solve the problem, it was very necessary to find out the internal and external factors leading to decrease handling ability . Proclaim the inner reason that the quantity of heat to humidification system was reduced with wide - range by reverse method. The outside cause that the content of extraneous component, for example ammonia and urea, from little urea technologic condensate liquid exceeded the handling ability of hydrolysis, and humidification and steam stripping system was founded by check experiment and analytic date. The optimization selected for technological process, which increased the handling ability to process condensate of humidification to a certain degree, was adopted after analyzing multiform methods. The method could solve the problem for the time being.
