摘要
专家、学者对社会矛盾问题的深度解析,给公安机关正确认识、分析和调处社会矛盾以借鉴和启示。公安机关应深刻反思传统矛盾调处的目标、主体、手段和心态,重构一个以"善治"理论为支撑,以动态平衡为目标,以制度化容纳和调处为特征,以矛盾增量防控机制、矛盾存量削减机制、矛盾变量调控机制为主要内容的长效机制体系。
The deep analysis of specialists and scholars on problems of social contradictions gives public security organs reference and inspiration on the correct understanding,analysis and mediation of social contradictions.Public security organs should reflect on the target,subject,methods and attitude of traditional mediation of social contradictions,and rebuild a long-term mechanism system supported by＂good governance＂theory,with the target of dynamic balance,the characteristics of institutionalized containment and mediation,and the main content of contradiction prevention and control mechanism,contradiction reduction and regulation mechanism.
