摘要
TCSC是FACTS家族中一名重要成员,其使用使串联补偿具有更大的灵活性与实用性。在TCSC基本原理及运行模式的基础上对该套装置的保护和控制系统进行了配置和设计。详细分析了可控串补中电容器、金属氧化物可变电阻(MOV)、晶闸管阀、火花放电间隙、平台、旁路断路器、冷却系统等设备的保护原理,阐述了各保护的功能及其作用。另外,还简单分析总结了TCSC本体保护对输电线路保护的影响,并针对实际工程中可控串补保护系统在调试及试运行期间发现的问题提出了相应的改进措施。最后,给出了TCSC保护控制系统的动作过程及通信流程的描述。
TCSC is an important member in FACTS' s family. With the application of power electronic devices new possibilities came up to provide series capacitors with a higher degree of flexibility and availability. Therefore, after briefly introducing the fundamental principle of TCSC and its operating modes, the configuration of the protection and control system for this device is expounded. This paper described the principles of the protection for the main components of TC- SC, such as capacitor, MOV, thyristor gap, platform, bypass circuit breaker and cooling system, and expounds the function and action of each protection. Moreover, this paper presents a comprehensive analysis of the impact of TCSC on the protection of transmission lines. At the same time, analyzed the problems occurred in the commissioning and shakedown test and illustrated the corresponding corrective measures. Finally the descriptions of the operational course of the protection and control system are given.
