河北省企业职工工资现状分析

摘要 适度的工资水平问题、工资机制的决定以及工资如何才能正常的增长已成为十分重要的研究课题。本文根据河北省职工工资水平相对较低与企业经济发展不相适应,职工工资总额占GDP比例偏低,在初次分配中不合理,政府监管力度不强等现状,提出必须积极培育市场主体,促进集体谈判机制的产生和完善,积极发挥政府的宏观调控功能,促成和保障工资决定机制的形成和正常运行,以期建立工资稳定增长长效机制,在保证职工基本权益的前提下,保持我省经济的平稳运行。 Moderate wage issue, the wage system and wage decisions of how normal growth has become a very important issue.
