摘要
用水蒸汽蒸镏的方法从云南烟草中分离挥发性有机酸,用色/质联用仪对其进行定性分析,共鉴定出18个有机酸.其中3—甲基,2—丁烯酸和2—甲基已酸在所查烟草文献中未见其报道.
Separating of the volatile organic acids by steam distillation from Yunnan tobacco and 18 volatile acids were identified by GC/ MS, involving 13 fatty acids, 3 aromatic acids and 2 oxygen acids. Among them, 3-methyl-2-butenoic acid and 2-methyl-hexanoic acid had not been reported in tobacco literature previously.
