摘要
计算机技术与网络技术的结合使人们的生产、生活和学习模式有了很大的变革，其中，网络技术更是计算机技术延伸与扩展。计算机网络丰富了人们的生活，使工作、学习变得便捷、高效。然而，随着计算机网络的发展，网络故障所造成的影响使人们不得不对其进行关注。网络故障极为普遍，网络故障的各类也多种多样，要在网络出现故障时及时进行故障分析及维护，以最快的速度恢复网络的正常运行，掌握一套行之有效的网络维护理论、方法和技术是关键。
