摘要
软交换技术的应用使得信息通信技术得到了长足的发展，给予人们生活带来了越来越多的方便。但是，信息通信软交换技术是一种怎样的技术，它的主要优势体现在什么方面，这些问题经常被问起。本文主要以信息通信软交换技术为出发点，主要探讨了信息通信软交换技术的设计原理及实现目标等三个方面的内容，通过文中的分析明确了信息通信软交换技术特点和优势，为人们理解和研究信息通信软交换技术提供理论指导。
The soft exchange technology makes information communication technology has got great development,give people life to bring more and more convenient.However, information communication soft switching technology is a kind of technology, its main advantage is reflected in what respect,these questions often asked.This paper mainly in information communication soft switching technology as the starting point, mainly discusses the information communication design principle of the soft exchange technology and achieve the goal of three aspects of content,through the analysis of this paper defined the information communication soft switching technology characteristics and advantages,for people to understand and study of information communication soft switchin~ technology to ~rovide theoretical ~idance.
