Barrett食管黏膜柱状上皮化生长度及瘦素表达的研究 被引量：1

摘要 Barrettt食管（Barrett’s esophagus，BE）是由于胃食管反流病损伤食管引起的下段食管鳞状上皮被特殊柱状上皮取代。瘦素（Ghrelin）是由28个氨基酸组成的小分子多肽，主要由胃底细胞分泌。有研究显示，瘦素可在多种胃肠道肿瘤中表达，
