退火对阳极氧化铝模板特性的影响

摘要 利用阳极氧化法以草酸为电解液制得高度有序的阳极氧化铝(AAO)模板,本文研究了退火温度对AAO模板的表面形貌、结构、吸收光谱的影响.发现1 100℃的退火使AAO模板的形貌发生了改变;退火温度到达1 250℃时,模板表面完全熔融并出现龟裂.800℃和1 100℃分别是AAO模板由非晶态向γ-Al2O3和α-Al2O3转变的重要温度.1 100℃以下的退火对AAO模板在可见光区的吸收光谱变化影响不大,1 100℃以上的退火导致AAO模板在可见光区吸收光谱变化由AAO模板的结构变化引起. Highly ordered Anodie alumina oxide (AAO) templates are fabricated using anodization in oxalic electrolyte, and this paper studies the effects from annealing temperature on the surface morphology, structure, and the absorption spectrum of AAO templates. The surface morphology of AAO templates changes at 1 100 ℃, which melt and chap entirely at 1 250 ℃. 800 ℃ and 1 100 ℃, are important temperatures for AAO templates from amorphous to 7-Al2 O3 and α-Al2 O3, respectively. Annealing effects on absorption spectrum of AAO templates in the visible light wavelength region are weak under 1 100 ℃. Because the structure of AAO changes above 1 100 ℃, the absorption spectrum in the visible light wavelength region changes.
