应用改良的集中度法分析我国结核病发病的季节性特征 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨我国结核病发病的季节性特征,为结核病防控工作提供科学依据。方法利用改良的集中度法分析2004-2009年我国结核病发病的季节特征。结果 2004-2009年的结核病集中度均在0~30之间,其中,2004年最高(26.19),2008年最低(17.93)。结论我国结核病发病的季节性较弱,无明显的季节高峰,相关部门在全年各月的结防工作中应当合理分配人力、财力和物力等资源。 Objective To explore the seasonal characteristics of tuberculosis in China for providing a scientific basis on tuberculosis prevention and control.Methods The seasonal intensity of tuberculosis from 2004 to 2009 in China was analyzed applying the improved muster method.Results The concentrations of tuberculosis from 2004 to 2009 were all between 0 to 30.The concentration of 2004 was the highest,26.19 and that of 2008 was the lowest,17.93.Conclusions The seasonal intensity of tuberculosis was weak and there were no definite peak.The relevant departments should distribute human,financial and material resources reasonably and equally in each month in one year's tuberculosis prevention and control.
