摘要
本研究建立了高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测不同水体中甲嘧磺隆残留的分析方法,比较了水样用二氯甲烷液-液萃取和直接调pH值的样品前处理方法。结果表明:水样直接调pH值,然后进样检测可满足实际测定的需要。纯净水、自来水、池塘水和土壤浸液中甲嘧磺隆的平均加标回收率在85.51%~102.4%之间;相对标准偏差在1.86%~9.94%之间;甲嘧磺隆的检出限为2.0×10-9 g。该方法可有效测定水中低剂量甲嘧磺隆的残留。
A method for the determination of sulfometuron-methyl residue in water samples was developed using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The different sample preparation methods,dichloromethane extraction and direct adjustment of pH sample were compared.The results showed that directly adjusting pH sample prior to HPLC detection could meet the requirements for the determination of sulfometuron-methyl in water samples.The average recoveries of the purified water,tap water,pond water and aquatic extract from soil were 85.51%~102.4%;the coefficient of variation were 1.86%~9.94%;the limit of quantitation(LOQ) was below 2.0×10-9g.This method is effective in determination of sulfometuron-methyl residue in water.
