摘要
采用烧瓶振荡法测得罗布麻纤维、提纯后的罗布麻纤维的大肠杆菌抑菌率。结果表明经过提纯后罗布麻纤维的抑菌率明显下降,分析罗布麻纤维中含有抑菌成分,但通过质谱分析,罗布麻纤维中并不含黄酮类化合物。
Flask shaking method was used to test antibacterial ratios of Apocynum Venetum fibers with and without extractions separately. The results show that the antibacterial ratios of extracted apocynum venetum fibers were decreased greatly,which account for the containing of antibacterial element. But mass spectrographic analysis indicates the disappearance of flavone.
