摘要
主要介绍基于嵌入式计算机系统的飞机发动机温度测试系统的设计原理与实现方法。利用以嵌入式计算机为核心的工作系统原理以及系统的硬件和软件设计,通过硬件进行信号放大、滤波并利用USB2816采集卡进行信号采集,而后在软件中对信号进行数字滤波、数据拟合,最后利用热电阻Pt1000测量环境温度对热电偶进行冷端补偿。这种测试系统具有测试精度高,抗干扰能力强和稳定性高等显著特点。
The article mainly describes the design and implementation approach for embedded computer system-based aircraft engine temperature measuring system.The working system principle with the embedded computer as its core and the design of system's hardware and software are employed,the signal is acquired using USB2816 acquisition card and is amplified and filtered using the hardware,afterwards by using the data acquisition software the signal is conducted the digital filtering and data fitting,at last the ambient temperature is measured using thermal resistance Pt1000 for the cold-junction compensation on thermocouple.This measuring system has noticeable characteristics of high measuring accuracy and stability as well as good anti-interference ability.
