摘要
针对混凝土竖孔空心砌块存在的热、渗、裂等问题,提出一种混凝土横孔空心砌块。通过对这种混凝土横孔砌块砌体9组(共54个)试件受压性能试验研究和4组(共16个)试件受剪性能试验研究,了解这种新型横孔砌块砌体的变形特征及破坏机理,并将试验结果与现行国家规范计算公式进行对比。结果表明,现行国家规范计算新型横孔砌块砌体的抗压强度偏于不安全,抗剪强度较规范值提高了61%~110%。
There are many problems existing in the engineering application of concrete vertical-hole hollow block masonry,for instance poor thermal insulation,seepage and crack.To solve these problems,a new type concrete horizontal-hole hollow block masonry is developed.Nine groups with 54 compressive specimens and 4 groups with 16 shear specimens of the new type masonry were tested and the deformation characteristic and failure mechanism of the new type block masonry were obtained.Test results show that the formula of the current national standards is not suitable for the calculation for the new type block masonry and the average shear strength is increased dy 61%~110% as compared with the code.
