Development of thick alloy structural steel plate 30CrMo

摘要 南阳汉冶特钢采用模铸浇注、3 800mm轧机轧制、钢板回火、试样调质的热处理工艺,成功地开发并批量生产了特厚30CrMo合金结构用钢板。钢板的超声波探伤全部符合JB/T4730.3-2005一级标准;钢板屈服强度平均为955MPa,比标准相富余170MPa;抗拉强度平均为1 048MPa,比标准富余118MPa,伸长率平均值为18%,比标准富余6%;平均冲击功为156J,断面收缩率平均值57%,布氏硬度HB100/3000平均198,焊接情况良好。 Thick alloy structural steel plate 30CrMo has been successfully developed and put into batch production in Nanyang Han Ye Steel Co.Ltd.The production processes include mold casting,3 800 mm mill rolling,plate tempering,quenching and heat treatment,etc.The ultrasonic test of the plate shows that all indexes are in compliance with the standard of JB/T 4730.3-2005.The average yield strength of steel reaches 955 MPa,170 MPa higher than the standards;The average tensile strength is 1 048 MPa,118 MPa higher than the standard;The average elongation is 18 %,6 % higher than the standard;The average impact energy is 156 J;The average area shrinkage is 57 %;The average Brinell hardness HB100/3000 is 198 and its welding performance is in good condition.
