摘要
对夹钳式轴用吊具的连杆结构进行了有限元分析与改进。首先分析了吊具的结构组成和连杆的受载情况,然后采用通用有限元软件ANSYS建立了连杆结构的有限元模型,并分析得到了连杆在吊具夹吊作业时的应力分布,发现其最大应力超过了连杆材料的许用应力。为改善吊具工作时的连杆受力情况,对连杆结构做出了两处改进。分析结果表明,改进后的连杆结构可满足强度要求。
This paper carried out the finite element analysis and structure improvement of the connecting rod of an axle clamp hanger, The structure of the hanger and the load condition of the connecting rod were firstly analyzed. Then the finite element model of the connecting rod was set up. According to the stress distribution obtained by finite element analysis, it was found that the maximal stress was larger than the material's permissible stress. Two improvements were taken to keep the hanger's strength security. The analysis result shows that the improved connecting rod structure is able to meet the strength requirement.
